From the quiet hamlets of Long Sutton to bustling small towns across the country, many of our communities lack access to the global restaurant chain, KFC. As a resident of Long Sutton, I know the hardships of not having a KFC in our local area. We have a Domino's, but frankly, it doesn't measure up.

It's high time we brought the Colonel's secret recipe to every corner of our nation. Why should metropolitan areas reap the benefits of restaurants like KFC, whilst our villages and towns are left with lesser options? KFC not only provides tasty food but creates jobs and boosts local economies.

In the US, KFC's presence in smaller towns is apparent. According to Statista, as of 2020, there were 4,065 KFC branches in the country, many of which operate in less populated areas. Yet, in the UK, less fortunate towns and villages are still awaiting their share of fried chicken goodness.

Let's change this inequity. We are urging KFC to expand their operations and establish their outlets in every town and village, starting with Long Sutton. The people deserve better food options.
