A Banking Hub for Wigtown, Scotland's National Book Town

A big thank you to everyone who has signed and shared so far - over 200 signatures in 24 hours is awesome. 

One of the big factors in persuading Post Office Counters, and more importantly LINK, to even consider Wigtown for a Banking Hub (including a postal service) is proving that the need and enthusiasm is there, in our community. I figured the only way to gauge this and also to motivate was to start this petition but we need to keep up momentum. Please, if you can, share the posts you see on Facebook as far and as wide as you can. The plan is to have paper petitions also - door to door if we can, but definitely spread around the shops and businesses in the town.
