It only makes sense to celebrate BLACK EXCELLENCE during JUNETEENTH rather than the forth of July. 
The culture and pride is always rich in New Orleans but to feel the energy of our people, past and present on Juneteenth is something different. 
This would only add value to the Essence Fest weekend experience.
