Hi Neighbors!

If you haven't heard the good news yet, we received confirmation from Assemblyman Mike Gipson's office that this Travelodge no longer has any Project Hope parolees residing here. This was due to the pressures put on the hotel from the neighborhood, so thank you all for your efforts in signing this petition, coming out to protest, and for emailing our local and state representatives. 

The battle was won, but please note that there may be other South Bay hotels that are now involved in Project Hope and Project Room Key. Let's remain vigilant and continue to protect our fellow neighbors and keep our community clean and safe for all.

If you'd like to get involved in volunteering to help those impacted by the pandemic, homelessness, adult education, environmental issues, and so much more I implore you to seek out volunteer opportunities through LA Works at https://www.laworks.com/ Let's collectively remain vigilant and clamp down on crime in our community while also giving back.
