Enterprise center change the disabled seating sections

The Issue

To enterprise center, St.Louis Blues, the City of St.Louis,Dave Gilbert. Everyone deserves the same rights when coming to an enterprise center event,, disabled or not. Just because some people can stand doesn’t make their concert experience more important than the disabled community. That glass should not be in front of the disabled seating. Please make it better for the people that are on the handicapped section. It is not right at all. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous as having that glass. Make it right for the disabled community. It seems that Enterprise Center (as well as other venues) could benefit from having a disabled employee, someone from the many disabled support groups, or maybe even a disabled fan. It's really not a good feeling at all knowing enterprise center did JUST ENOUGH to follow the building code guidelines and not the ADA guidelines. Disabled people should not feel like caged animals waiting for slaughter or looked down on because we are disabled. WE ARE PEOPLE JUST LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE and as paying customers WE HAVE THE SAME RIGHT to watch concerts just like everybody else and not behind some glass where it makes it so hard for us to see and enjoy what we paid for. The glass issue is so insane and unnecessary. Do you guys really think so lowly about the disabled community that it wasn't worth your time to remove the glass or come up with something better with the ada seating? Really? Last time I looked, disabled money is as green and good as non-disabled money. We spend a lot of it on things like concerts because we are limited, physically, in our entertainment choices. Please consider us and make this right for the disabled community. What I am requesting is that you come up with something different when it comes to ADA seating at Enterprise Center. Keep in mind that we pay the same prices for tickets just like everybody else and we HAVE THE SAME RIGHT to be able to watch concerts just like everybody else and be treated same way like everybody else. Were there other guests that paid over $200, $300, $400..etc for concert tickets at Enterprise Center and did they have to sit behind a glass barrier that changed the whole concert experience? Did any other customers that paid general admission have to sit behind a barrier that prevented them from enjoying equal sight and sound as all guests at this concert? or was this just another added disadvantage and another slap in the face for the disabled community? We should be able to enjoy ourselves and be treated equally at enterprise center. We should not be treated differently or looked down on because of our handicap. We NEVER asked to be disabled. I’m asking you that you please remodel the handicapped seating to provide proper and equal seating so that ALL of your handicapped guests can as much as those who do not not have a disability. Once again, I would like to remind you that we are PEOPLE just like everybody else and we as paying customers have the rights to see concerts just like everybody else and we shouldn't be looked down on or punished for being disabled. I get that there has to be a barrier there but come on Enterprise Center you can make arrangements or other ways of being up to code so that it does not obstruct the person's view.
