WDZH FM (more commonly known as 98.7 Amp Radio) was a Top 40 Mainstream Pop FM station based out of Southfield Michigan. AMP Radio was known to many listeners in the Detroit-Nielsen metropolitan area as a new form of Radio broadcasting. CBS acquired 98.7 Amp Radio in 2007 and ushered in a era of great radio personalities like Sean "The Coop Show" Tabler, JAG The DJ, Rat and Puff Show, and Roxanne Steele. 

Earlier last week, Entercom told employees of 98.7 Amp Radio they were guaranteed Jobs in January 2019. Much to listeners and employees surprise, Entercom unexpectedly announced over the weekend that the staff of WDZH FM 98.7 Amp Radio was being laid off and the station's format was altered temporarily to play Christmas music and as of Tuesday November 12th 2018, 98.7 was rebranded as 98.7 The Breeze. The new format features Easy Listening and Jazz.

We, the listeners of 98.7 Amp Radio, demand an immediate removal of 98.7 The Breeze and a reinstatement of 98.7 Amp Radio. We feel that Entercom violated the trust of its listeners and shamed the loyalty of Radio.
