Dear supporters. At this stage, there has been no investigation into the alleged rape claims against Christian Porter. Now, we learn that the NSW Deputy Police chief denied the investigators' request to travel to interview Christian Porter's accuser in SA.

He has been shuffled out of the AG role to allow him to pursue defamation proceedings against the ABC.  As further information emerges however, it appears that the issue goes beyond the act of alleged rape. 

Kate faced significant delays and obstacles in trying to formally tell her story.  The NSW Deputy Commissioner of police prevented two detectives from travelling to SA to record Kate’s story, despite travel being signed off by the Commander of the Sex Crimes Squad, Detective Superintendent John Kerlatec; and the Commander of the State Crime Command.  Further delays followed. 

There must be an investigation into the alleged rape, into the character of the alleged rapist as being suitable to be a Cabinet Minister, and into the organisations and people who may have obstructed Kate’s ability to tell her story.
