The UK Government must introduce Education, Licensing & Enforce Consequence! ELC!

At the time of writing 36% of UK Households own a dog, This equates to 10.8 million households in the UK owning dogs. This figure has risen 1.9million since September 2023. A worrying rise in dogs being rehomed due to the addition of the XL Bully to the Dangerous Dogs Act. 
Hospitalisations have risen almost 200% in the last 20 years, The Dangerous Dogs Act has been in force for 33 years. This statistic proves that the DDA is not fit for purpose and we must act now to ensure our communities are safe from out of control dogs and negligent owners and our dogs futures are safeguarded!

We have the solution to the issues surrounding our of control and/or dangerous dogs in the UK! The programme can self fund therefor no implications to the government spending!

We must act now to ensure the ELC programme can make a positive difference to the future of our children and dogs!
