I am currently in the midst of a lawsuit, with my entire life's savings at stake, and objectively speaking, everyone agrees that I must win this trial. I have completed all the necessary hearings and now await the ruling. However, the problem lies in the fact that the judge doesn't seem to fully grasp the details of the case and is asking us to consent to favorable terms for the other party during the pre-ruling case conference. This is incredibly prejudicial to me.

I have lived diligently as an immigrant for decades, working hard to make a living. My adversaries are super-rich individuals earning millions of dollars annually. However, they have deceived a poor immigrant like me and are trying to take away my entire life.

 It is my strong hope that I regain my life and contribute to society, especially by engaging in activities to support war veterans, particularly those who served in the Korean War, as well as many children who struggle with hunger.
