We have reached 50,000 supporters, and we cannot thank you all enough. We thank everyone who has signed, shared, and supported our petition. We thank everyone who put up posters or attended our protest or spoke to the news.

Change has started, slowly. And we will ensure it continues. For our little community, it means keeping a vigilant eye on Arden Villas as they improve their safety plan, and hopefully meeting with them in the near future. We've heard through the grapevine that things are being done, but we've yet to hear it straight from management themselves as residents or as activists. They said they would respond "in a more expansive manner" a few weeks ago and said we could meet, yet they have not communicated further. We shall address this.

In the meantime, the Miya Marcano Foundation has started work on Miya's Law. More on this to come soon... They are having their first event as an organization on Friday, November 5th, in honor of Miya's life. Please follow them on Facebook and Instagram for more information.
