English National Dress: For Men it would be the Suit in general, particularly would be Herringbone/Tweed 3 peice Suit or Double Breasted, Oxford Shoes ect. To hats is the choice of Top Hat, Bowler Hat or Flat Cap. For Women the outfit would be The Regency Dress (Tudor dress too but Regency would be more comfortable) they can freely wear a Blazer and a bowler hat ect casually. Outerwear for Women & Men is Toggle Coat & the Trench Coat and Men is Double Breasted Coat and Frock Coat and English pattern Tartan example Scalfs. (May also include Morris Dancers and Tudor and other period Jewlery is included and additional clothing like Henley Tops and more).

Reintroduce St Edmund as the patron St of England again replacing St George and make 20th November St Edmunds Day a National Holiday in celebration of the King St and Englishness.

Revive Druidisum and Encourage that & Christianity in England including erecting new Stone Hendge like sites for places of Worship & Togetherness across England.

Popularise Forgotten English Festivals: Plough Sunday/Monday, Hocktide, Oak Apple Day, Harvest Festival, possibly include more in the future to continue tradition and boost morale.(additional protection to fly the national flags from St George to the Pendadragon with further encouragement of using these symbols on any new items or construction to express its ancient history to include the Tudor to the 3 Lions and even thatching)

English National Dishes/Deserts & Sweets: a list of some of the oldest and most popular. Sunday Roast, Fish & Chips, Roast Beef, (Possibly Full, English Breakfast)Mince Pice, Apple Pie, Custard Tarts, Eton Mess, Victoria Sponge Cake, Queen of Pudding. Education should be taught more history not just the bad mostly, for example the proud story of the Crusade against the Slave Trade & it's abolishment ect and the country's impact on the world.  Teach interesting and engaging lost Practices and inspire the young in continue there heritage. 

Extra: Might be a interesting idea to add Anglish (Raw English) to the English Language as a optional Official Language by choice.

I'm Connor I have Autism&ADHD and this Act for parliament is inspired by cultures like Japan who have laws protecting there culture and keeping it alive in many ways I hope England will adopt and because it's a great system. ( I know some bit might need changing and adjusting because im not a expert just put this idea out there ) because as of now nothing much is Official and it's allways being labeled as having "no culture" and it definitely dose. With enough recognition English Culture and it's Indigenous people's will be recognised as a Ethnic Group and culture for roughly 1200 years will be finally be respected & recognised Worldwide.
