Enforce Unilateral Security for Aboriginal American Indian Rights

Enforce Unilateral Security for Aboriginal American Indian Rights
The Issue
My family and I have lived through 25 years of relentless and invasive surveillance tactics that have not only targeted our privacy but have sought to undermine our fundamental rights as Aboriginal American Indians. This has been a persistent breach of both health and religious freedoms, amounting to commercial hate crimes that have severely impacted our way of life, solely because of our unique Akkadian age, race, nationality, and religious economic preferences. These should be protected under Title VII, Section 702 of The Civil Rights Act of 1964, but sadly, the current system fails to uphold these protections.
The infringements we face include unlawful body and oral surveillance conducted with the intent to exploit, leading to significant economic and social damage. Specifically, the inadequately addressed activities under Title 18, Chapter 119, Sections 2510-2525 spotlight the deficits in our legal system to protect us from illegal monitoring for profit and invasive surveillance by foreign interests.
We call upon Homeland Security and unilateral officials to reinforce the protection of Aboriginal American Indian rights against these illegal searches, seizures, and surveillance. The lack of enforcement against individuals and groups that continue to undermine these rights is a direct violation of the 9th Amendment concerning the separation of powers, resulting in injury and anti-trust damage.
Furthermore, there must be coherent legal action against illegal oral and bodily surveillance practices. It's imperative to not only prosecute these violations in a timely manner but also enforce the remedy awards that acknowledge and address the extent of the harm caused. With the overarching legal adherence to the Omnibus Individual Laws, we seek a just response from authorities to uphold the integrity of our ancestral rights and freedoms.
Our petition seeks your support to demand accountability and action for a more robust legal framework that comprehensively cherishes and preserves the rights of Aboriginal American Indians against illegal intrusions. This is not just a matter of personal injustice—it is a call to recognize and rectify systemic flaws that affect our communities.
Join us in demanding immediate intervention and reform to protect our heritage and ensure justice. Sign this petition to make a difference in the preservation of rights and freedoms for Aboriginal American Indians. Your action can help bring about the change needed for genuine legal protection and safeguarding of our cultural and individual integrity. Sign the petition today.
