As a frequent traveler, I've experienced firsthand the frustration of trying to drop off or pick up at Reagan International Airport. A camera with object tracking software can automate the process of timing multiple cars, and a parking violation ticket for people who violate the rule would make people think twice about ignoring the rules because it benefits them.
