The victims accuse their murderer and the community of Cabarete. The number of animals that died from poison at Vista del Caribe, Cabarete, near the popular kitesurfer beach Playa Encuentro on the 9th of August 2016 has increased from 8 to 11 dogs and 1 cat. Their corpses were discarded in plastic bags like trash! All information necessary for prosecution has been sent in the name of all supporters of our petition to the lawyer in charge at the Ministerio Publico.
