The inadequacy of regulatory guidelines allows these apps to indulge in practices such as excessive interest levying, illegal recovery methods, and violation of privacy. These issues lead to distress and harassment of the borrower, as I've personally experienced. Let's urge the government to enforce stricter regulations on online lending apps and revoke their licenses if they exploit users.
