I am sure MANY of you agree that animal cruelty laws have LITTLE TO NO CONSEQUENCE. WE NEED CHANGE NOW and I need everyone to help by signing!

This is Pablo from Texas ( just ONE of the MANY voiceless and neglected FAMILY dogs) who was left outside to starve and eat garbage in his families  BACKYARD until ONE good samaritan called for help. A rescue stepped up but it was too late. How did Pablo lay there for this long?! How many people saw Pablo and walked by? Unfortunately by the time Pablo was surrendered he had little to no chance of survival because he ate string from the GARBAGE which caused extensive damage and surgeries and he still doesn’t  have a chance. WHY?!  This could have been easily been prevented AND WE NEED TO TAKE ACTION TO HAVE CHARGES PRESSED ON THIS FAMILY AND EVERY OTHER HUMAN THAT DOES NOT TREAT ANIMALS AS FAMILY! Would they let their family member lay there starving?! Even if they did that is not #JUSTICEFORPABLO! 

There are laws in place yet there are STILL cases everyday of animal abuse/ neglect/cruelty and it will not change until there are strict enforced penalties. PABLO NEEDS JUSTICE AND HIS FAMILY NEEDS TO BE CHARGED!! ANIMAL CRUELTY LAWS NEED TO BE ENFORCED HERE!!  

NO MORE LETTING THESE SICK HUMANS OFF THE HOOK FOR ANY EXCEPTIONS!!
First time charge?!  They will do it again! 
Would you like me to come up with reasonable penalties?! Sure! And this is being nice! Just a few

1st charge ( mandatory all 3 below)
1) $10,000 fine ( which still is not enough)                2) House arrest ( at own expense as they should not being enjoying life as the animals they abused did not know the meaning of enjoying life) except to leave to volunteer their time in a shelter or cleaning up horse manure (SUPERVISED) to learn that animals need to be treated better                                                        3) sees psychologist (at own expense... this may help prevent further animal abuse) 

2nd charge?  Rot in jail
