کمپین بین‌المللی برای پایان دادن به بلاتکلیفی پناهجویان ایرانی در ترکیه

ما امضاکنندگان این بیانیه با نگرانی عمیق نسبت به وضعیت هزاران پناهجوی ایرانی در ترکیه، خواستار توجه فوری جامعه جهانی و نهادهای مدافع حقوق بشر هستیم.

بسیاری از این پناهجویان بیش از ۱۰ تا ۱۲ سال در شرایطی نامشخص زندگی می‌کنند. در میان آنان، نوکیشان مسیحی، فعالان سیاسی و مدنی و منتقدان حکومت ایران حضور دارند که بازگشتشان می‌تواند با خطر بازداشت، زندان، فشارهای امنیتی و آزار مذهبی همراه باشد.

مهم‌ترین مشکلات

۱. بلاتکلیفی طولانی‌مدت پرونده‌ها
سال‌ها انتظار بدون اطلاع‌رسانی شفاف، امکان برنامه‌ریزی برای آینده را از خانواده‌ها گرفته است.

۲. نبود حق کار قانونی و مشکلات اقتصادی
بسیاری ناچار به کار غیررسمی با دستمزدهای پرداخت‌نشده و شرایط ناامن هستند. خانواده‌ها برای تأمین اجاره، غذا و درمان با بحران جدی روبه‌رو هستند.

۳. دسترسی محدود به خدمات درمانی
نبود بیمه مناسب، هزینه‌های بالا و دشواری دسترسی به پزشک و دارو، به‌ویژه برای کودکان، بیماران مزمن و سالمندان، نگران‌کننده است.

۴. مشکلات کودکان و نوجوانان
تبعیض در مدارس و دشواری ادامه تحصیل در دانشگاه، آینده نسل جوان را تهدید می‌کند.

۵. محدودیت در آزادی تردد
ممنوعیت خروج از شهر محل ثبت، مانع دسترسی به فرصت‌های شغلی و درمانی بهتر شده است.

۶. فشارهای شدید روانی
سال‌ها بلاتکلیفی موجب اضطراب، افسردگی و ناامیدی گسترده شده است.

۷. وضعیت نگران‌کننده دیپورت پناهجویان
در سال‌های اخیر روند دیپورت پناهجویان با نگرانی‌های جدی همراه بوده است. برخی متقاضیان حمایت بین‌المللی با وجود ثبت رسمی درخواست، با رد سریع پرونده مواجه شده‌اند. در مواردی تصمیم بازگشت پیش از تکمیل کامل بررسی‌های حقوقی صادر شده است. دسترسی محدود به وکیل یا نهادهای حمایتی نیز از مشکلات گزارش‌شده بوده است. بعضی پناهجویان از نبود اطلاع‌رسانی شفاف درباره حقوق خود سخن گفته‌اند.

برخی پناهجویان پس از طی کامل مراحل اداری و حتی دریافت زمان و تأیید پرواز به ایالات متحده آمریکا، در آخرین مرحله با لغو ناگهانی انتقال روبه‌رو شده‌اند. این لغوها بدون توضیح شفاف یا ارائه مسیر جایگزین انجام شده و آنان را دوباره در بلاتکلیفی عمیق قرار داده است.

درخواست‌های اصلی کمپین

• تعیین تکلیف سریع پرونده‌های طولانی‌مدت
• تسریع رسیدگی به پرونده‌های افراد آسیب‌پذیر
• بهبود دسترسی به خدمات درمانی
• افزایش شفافیت در روند رسیدگی
• بررسی فوری پرونده‌هایی که اسکان مجدد یا پرواز آن‌ها لغو شده است

هزاران پناهجوی ایرانی سال‌هاست نه امکان بازگشت امن دارند و نه آینده‌ای مشخص. هدف این کمپین، جلب توجه جامعه جهانی و تلاش برای یافتن راه‌حلی انسانی و عادلانه برای پایان دادن به این بلاتکلیفی طولانی است.

International Campaign to End the Uncertainty of Iranian Refugees in Turkey

We, the undersigned, express deep concern about the situation of thousands of Iranian refugees living in Turkey and call for urgent attention from the international community and human rights organizations.

Many of these refugees have been living in uncertainty for 10 to 12 years. Among them are Christian converts, political and civil activists, and critics of the Iranian government, who may face arrest, imprisonment, security pressure, or religious persecution if forced to return to Iran.

Key Challenges

1. Prolonged Case Uncertainty
Many refugees have waited for years without clear updates on their asylum cases, leaving families unable to plan their future.

2. Lack of Legal Work and Severe Economic Hardship
Many refugees cannot work legally and are forced into informal jobs with unpaid wages and unsafe conditions, while struggling to afford rent, food, and medical care.

3. Limited Access to Healthcare
High medical costs, lack of proper insurance, and difficulty accessing doctors and essential medicines place vulnerable refugees—especially children, the elderly, and those with chronic illnesses—at serious risk.

4. Challenges for Children and Youth
Discrimination in schools and barriers to higher education threaten the future of refugee children and young people.

5. Restrictions on Freedom of Movement
Refugees are often not allowed to leave the city where they are registered, limiting access to better jobs, healthcare, and family support.

6. Severe Psychological Pressure
Years of uncertainty have led to widespread anxiety, depression, and deep hopelessness among refugees.

7. Concerns About Deportations
There are growing concerns about the deportation of asylum seekers. Some applicants have faced rapid rejection despite officially registering their asylum claims, and in some cases return decisions were issued before legal reviews were completed. Limited access to legal assistance and lack of clear information about their rights have also been reported.

Some refugees who had completed all administrative procedures and even received confirmed flight dates to the United States suddenly had their resettlement canceled at the final stage.

These cancellations occurred without clear explanation or alternative solutions, leaving them once again in deep uncertainty.

• Expedite decisions on long-pending asylum cases
• Prioritize vulnerable refugees in case processing
• Improve access to healthcare services
• Increase transparency in asylum procedures
• Urgently review cases where resettlement or approved flights were canceled

Thousands of Iranian refugees have spent years in a situation where they cannot safely return to their country and have no clear future ahead.

This campaign calls on the international community to help find a humane and fair solution to end this prolonged uncertainty.
