We, the undersigned, call for the end of the Coeur d'Alene exhaust laws that unfairly target car enthusiasts who modify their vehicles. These modifications are a form of personal expression and automotive innovation, and the focus should be on responsible use rather than penalizing modifications themselves. We believe that respectful and considerate use of modified cars can coexist with community standards, and we urge the authorities to reconsider these restrictive laws.
