It's official: Zenefits is coming back to Utah! On Monday, April 13th, Governor Gary Herbert signed a law ending Utah's ban on Zenefits -- making it clear that the Beehive State supports innovation, technology and competition. This law reaffirms Utah's commitment to supporting innovative companies -- even when they disrupt existing industries. Thanks to you, businesses in Utah will, once again -- and for free, just like all the other states -- be able to use Zenefits to manage their HR and benefits. This is a huge victory, not just for us and for the 2,250 of you who signed the petition, but for Utah's continued growth as an American tech hub. This is also a real testament to the leadership of Governor Gary Herbert, Lieutenant Governor Spencer Cox, Representative John Knotwell, Senator Curtis Bramble, and the other leaders across Utah who worked to lift the ban. To everyone who fought for innovation and competition in Utah, we thank you. We're thrilled to be back, and we look forward to helping Utahns ease the administrative burden of running their businesses -- and if you'd like to learn more about Zenefits, please visit www.zenefits.com to request a demo. Thank you again for all of your support!
