It's official: Zenefits is coming back to Utah! On Monday, April 13th, Governor Gary Herbert signed a law ending Utah's ban on Zenefits -- making it clear that the Beehive State supports innovation, technology and competition. This law reaffirms Utah's commitment to supporting innovative companies -- even when they disrupt existing industries. Thanks to you, businesses in Utah will, once again -- and for free, just like all the other states -- be able to use Zenefits to manage their HR and benefits. This is a huge victory, not just for us and for the 2,250 of you who signed the petition, but for Utah's continued growth as an American tech hub.
