URGENT PETITION: Requesting immediate intervention to expedite NEET PG 2025

Counselling and stabilize the erratic schedule impacting 2.4 lakh medical professionals.

To,

Shri Narendra Modi, Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Prime Minister’s Office, South Block, Raisina Hill, New Delhi

Respected Pradhan Mantri Ji,

We, the collective voice of the NEET PG 2025 aspirants, write to you with deep distress regarding the systemic paralysis afflicting the current medical admission cycle.

While we celebrate the efficiency of the NBE in conducting the exam on August 3, 2025 and declaring results by August 19, 2025 , the subsequent administrative phase has been characterized by inexplicable delays and procedural opacity.

The Core Grievance: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has failed to capitalize on the early result declaration.

The registration process was delayed until October 17, 2025 , creating a two-month void. More critically, the "Choice Locking" facility, scheduled for November 18, 2025 (4:00 PM - 11:55 PM) , was abruptly postponed via a notification citing the "larger interest of candidates" due to seat matrix revisions.

Systemic Inefficiency: The recurring justification of "revising the seat matrix" at the eleventh hour indicates a breakdown in data integration between State Medical Councils and the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). This delay has triggered a domino effect:

State Gridlock: States like Maharashtra have stalled their counselling, while others like Uttar Pradesh and Haryana are proceeding with overlapping schedules, creating logistical nightmares for students.
Academic Loss: The academic session, effectively delayed by nearly 90 days post-result, threatens to push the Stray Vacancy rounds into January 2026 , severely shortening the residency period for this batch.
Our Prayer: We earnestly request your High Office to direct the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) to:

Immediate Finalization: Order an immediate freeze of the seat matrix to prevent further "technical" extensions.
 adherence to Deadlines:

Ensure the Round 1 Seat Allotment result is declared on November 20, 2025 without further deferment.

Unified Calendar: Mandate a synchronized calendar for AIQ and State counselling to prevent seat blocking and resource wastage.

We look to your decisive leadership to resolve this impasse and restore the dignity of the medical education process.
