I know when someone gets stopped by the police they should pull over and face the consequences of what they have down. But we are losing so many people to a police chase gone bad. Sometimes it’s not just the driver that suffers death or serious injury, sometimes it’s the passengers too. Sometimes a person will get into a car to get a ride from someone and they have NO CLUE of the drivers background. This petition is for the passengers of the cars who have passed away because the driver wouldn’t stop for the police. And for the innocent bystanders that a driver escaping the police injury/kill. It’s not fair to them and it’s not right! End police chases if they exceed 95 miles per hour. Or if evading in neighborhoods or populated areas. Too many innocent people are injured and/killed, not to mention police officials and property as well. It’s got to stop.
