On 9th of February, 2021, Mya Thet Thet Khaing, 19, a victim of disgusting police brutality, was shot in the head by Deputy Chief; Ko Ko Lwin. She was unarmed and was only peacefully expressing her disagreement towards military coup and the bitter form of dictatorship. According to the X-ray, it was confirmed that it's a live bullet and later at a subsequent time, she unsettlingly passed away due to the fatal injury.

Therefore, we are trying to reach the attention of United Nations Human Rights Council and the respective authorities to have the officer, Ko Ko Lwin fired and for the charges to be filed immediately.
