President Joe Biden:

Millions of Americans are watching in horror as the world’s most powerful nations aid and abet Israel’s unprecedented atrocities against the Palestinian people. We the People do not consent to our government’s complicity in these crimes against humanity, and we demand the following:

1. A call for an immediate and permanent ceasefire; 
2. An end to the decades-long siege, illegal occupation, and apartheid of Gaza, the West Bank, and Israel, and;
3. An end to all U.S. funding of the state of Israel.

Scholars, legal experts, and human rights leaders around the world have called Israel’s aggression a “textbook” case of genocide. And yet the United States has stood idly by while ordinary, innocent Palestinians take to social media to share their last words, beg for mercy, and quite literally run for their lives. They risk everything to show us their dead children, their broken bodies, and the massive craters where their homes once stood—all for the world to turn its back on them. 

When they aren't running from near constant shelling or digging out their loved ones from beneath the rubble, countless Palestinians are slowly dying of starvation, dehydration, and disease due to Israel's cruel restriction and destruction of humanitarian aid and medical facilities. Allowing this degree of suffering to continue is barbaric, inhumane, and uncharacteristic of a supposedly civilized nation.

But rather than heed the majority of its constituents’ calls to end this senseless massacre, the Biden administration has effectively waged war against us by:

1. Promoting a culture of fear and censorship among those who protest these atrocities; 
2. Failing to adequately condemn anti-Arab racism and Islamophobia, thus putting millions of Americans at risk, and; 
3. Painting a target on our country's back as the United States takes its place as the world’s most dangerous global power.

It is too late for redemption; what we want now is justice. Tens of thousands of innocent lives are on the line, and you have the power to save them. We the People demand that you do.
