End Discrimination Based on Sexual Orientation in Cleveland, Ohio

The Issue

Attention Ohio’s Democratic Mayors and lawmakers and LGBTQ+ community. In 2025, everyone should have the right to live freely and authentically, regardless of their sexual orientation. Unfortunately, in Cleveland, discriminatory incidents against the LGBTQ+ community are consistently reported. According to a survey conducted by the National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs, Ohio ranks among the higher states for incidents of hate crimes against the LGBTQ+ community. This toxic environment fosters fear and oppression, contradicting the principles of equality and freedom on which our great nation was built. We urge the Cleveland City Council and the Mayor's Office to introduce and enforce stricter legislation against bias and hatred based on sexual orientation, ensuring improved protection and better respect for the LGBTQ+ individuals living, working, and visiting our beloved city. By signing this petition, you are advocating for a fair, accepting, and loving society for all. Let's make changes that are long overdue. Let it be clear! Please sign the petition for equality and justice now. Thank you very much and god bless for Cleveland, Ohio.
