A Nation in Crisis
Australia has a bullying problem — and people have been speaking up for years.
Across neighbourhoods, schools, and workplaces, many Australians have been reporting intimidation, harassment, and organised bullying linked to groups that thrive on fear and division. These behaviours target innocent people who are simply trying to live their lives.
This isn’t limited to one community. Jewish people, Aboriginal people, and many migrants have been targeted by individuals and networks that use racism and hate as weapons. I stand with the Jewish community, with Aboriginal people, and with every person who has been targeted or silenced. No one deserves to live in fear.
What makes this even harder is the feeling that some groups seem to operate without consequences. People see harsh rules applied to some, while well‑known criminal organisations continue using intimidation and violence with little accountability. Victims have done nothing wrong, yet they are the ones left unprotected.
All Australians deserve safety, fairness, and equal protection under the law. Bullying, racism, and organised intimidation should never be ignored or selectively enforced. It’s time governments listened to the people living through this and take their experiences seriously.
