Many sites are relying on AI to moderate and communicate in place of humans. It's one thing to use AI to assist in organizing and flagging, but having it moderate and handle everything from emails and all communication is leading to false flagging and many false bans among many people. This has unfortunately happened to me on Discord and all my emails are forwarded and responded with automated and AI generated responses or none at all. This has been going on since April 2025. 

This will hopefully put an end to the nonsense that is AI moderation. People are tired of trying to contact for help and getting AI responses. No one wants to make phone calls to fix issues that can be done over an email! We shouldn't stress about losing everything because people are too incompetent to function on a computer without the help of AI. Don't hire someone if they can't do their job themselves.
