There is so much to say about lacrosse, it is exhilarating, it is electric, but most of all; it is the fastest growing sport in the world. 

If like me, you have played lacrosse at some point in your life and keep up with the world of it all, you will have certainly wished for a well-developed lacrosse game in the market. Casey Powell’s Lacrosse 16 and 18 were a start, but did not nearly scratch the spot for lacrosse lovers everywhere.

The sport has grown rapidly since the early 2000’s, where it saw some of its peak moments. Play through this defining high school season as you receive recruitment offers from big name Division I schools, offering money toward your tuition or benefits such as NIL guarantees or promised position on the depth chart. You decide where you go, you decide how your future plays out. When you get to signing day, it’s time to make that legendary choice and do it all over again. Will you win the national championship, or will you barely scrape by at the bottom of the roster for four years? If you play the game you know you can, you’ll be drafted to the Premier Lacrosse League before you know it; and who knows, maybe play some box ball on the side?

The pieces are all here for a game of this scale, and with such a lucrative market remaining untapped, EA can capitalize and monopolize this untapped gold mine of an athletic world. EA, you would benefit greatly from this. You would not only monopolize an entire rapidly-growing market, but you would ignite the game itself for future generations, and bring so much more interest to the sport.
