Happy Sunday! If you are reading this, it's because you've taken a stand against the naysayers that expect us to back down from demanding that we honor the human and civil rights of NY adoptees. We cannot thank you enough. What we are saying is, "no, we won't back down and we demand our 'clean' legislation for true reform back." On April 5th, we launched. We asked you to help us reach 1,000+ signatures by 5/1. Tonight, we can report that we surpassed 500 signatures. We’re more than halfway to our May 1st goal! Now, if each of us can find at least ONE more person who can support our petition, we will reach our May 1st goal of 1,000+ signatures! So, I have to ask: Do you have a friend or a loved who will consider our petition? (Suggestion: people who keep discussing and re-sharing on social media have reported success!) Let's do this!
