My neighbors and I are residents living on Effie St just a few feet away from Lucile Ave in Los Angeles, CA, USA. Despite our proximity to this street, we find ourselves ineligible to receive parking permits that would allow us to park in front of our own homes. This is an issue that significantly impacts our daily lives and restricts our access to convenient parking.

Lucile Ave is a permit-only parking zone. However, the current regulations exclude us and other nearby residents on Effie St from obtaining these permits. This situation forces us into inconvenient situations where we have to park far away from our homes or face penalties for illegal parking.
