To Whom It May Concern: 

We, the undersigned members of the community, respectfully submit this petition in support of Elroi Yamin and his request for release from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention while his immigration proceedings continue. 

We believe that Elroi Yamin is a person with meaningful ties to his family and community. Based on our personal knowledge and interactions with him, we do not believe that he poses a danger to the community. 

We also believe that he has substantial ties to the United States and strong reasons to appear for all required immigration proceedings. He has family, friends, and community support available to him upon release. 

We respectfully ask that the appropriate immigration authorities and/or Immigration Court consider these circumstances and permit Elroi Yamin to be released from detention under appropriate conditions while his immigration case proceeds. 

We support his commitment to comply with all immigration requirements and appear for all scheduled hearings.
