The Issue

Elon Musk - X - Twitter have ( INCORRECTLY & WRONGFULLY ) suspended about 3 million accounts in the past week , so grok tells me ! Mine @jacqofalltradsz being one of them . Real accounts by the minute , are being incorrectly identified as bots & suspended for so-called ( INAUTHENTIC BEHAVIOR ) . The irony - legendary , xAi & grok , both llm bots , are accusing real people of being bots & banning them from X . Nikita Bier , X Head Of Product & Elon are aggressively banning "bot" accounts to clean up x.com ( & I totally understand the need for this ) but this X army of ai llm bots is doing a highly questionable job here . Their AI bot system can't tell the difference between a real account & a fake account . I've been on X since 2020 as a paying premium subscriber , have thousands of original posts ; don't violate the rules . But thanks guys great job & work in hallucinating & confabulating that I'm a bot & suspending my account👍 X has my credit card info , x has my driver's license , they 100% know my account isn't a bot . Bot accounts don't pay premium subscriptions for 2 years , with a credit card on file ! X & their entire system is woefully automated ; their bot bans you & that same bot then denies your appeal . Elon what in God's name it's happening with the platform ? You should , as quickly as possible remedy this situation & reinstate all affected accounts ! This is a public relations nightmare whether you realize it or not . I'm a fan of the platform but this over-reliance on AI systems is not nearly as successful as you'd like to think it is . Let's be ( FIRST PRINCIPLES ) honest here , these AI systems & llms apparently can't even distinguish between a real account that's been paying a premium subscription for 2 years & has as a credit card on file & is ID verified versus a bot from ( NIGERIA OR SINGAPORE ) . I respectfully request Elon & X immediately rectify the situation & reinstate all affected accounts & also make a public statement about the situation ; let X users know you're aware of this situation & actively trying to rectify it . Radio silence from X on the situation is a bad experience for X users & a bad public relations move for the company . May I politely suggest , temporarily hiring , real humans & outsourcing this issue to some firm & have real eyes ears & brains working to resolve this issue . The X army of ai llm bots , is clearly not performing up to par & as expected & at this point needs human intervention . Mr. Musk my good man , this situation is unfortunate , easily solvable & absolutely causing a ( LOSS OF TRUST ) in the platform . Can we fix this problem ASAP ?
