Elon Musk got cursed hairplugs from the body of a powerful moron wizard and the evil hair has been burrowing its way down into his skull and enveloping his brain and making him have bad ideas that he's convinced are earth shatteringly, world changing good. 
If nothing is done about it, the condition will worsen and his ideas will become more erratic until he does something completely unconscionable, like trying to turn poor people into Tesla Fuel or make people live inside of his tiny boy submarines or blow up half the country trying to make a larger version of his flamethrowers.
