[ UPDATE : X put an "INAUTHENTIC BEHAVIOR" label on my 78 year old moms X account ! She DELETED A POST & his AI systems accused her of being a BOT 😳 ] --------------------------------------------------- Elon Musk - X - Twitter have ( INCORRECTLY & WRONGFULLY ) suspended 3 million accounts in 1 week , so says grok ! Mine being 1 of them @jacqofalltradsz . REAL accounts , are being INCORRECTLY identified as bots & suspended for so called ( INAUTHENTIC BEHAVIOR ) . The IRONY - legendary , xAi & grok , both llm bots , are accusing real people of being bots & BANNING them from X . Nikita Bier , X Head Of Product & Elon are AGGRESSIVELY banning "bot" accounts to clean up x.com ( & I UNDERSTAND the need for this ) but this X army of ai llm bots is doing a highly QUESTIONABLE job . Their AI bot system can't tell the difference between a real account & a FAKE account . I've been on X since 2020 as a paying premium subscriber , have thousands of ORIGINAL posts ; DON'T violate the rules . But thanks guys for hallucinating that I'm a bot & KILLING my account👍 X has my credit card info , my DRIVER'S license , 100% X knows I'm not a bot . Bot accounts don't PAY premium for 2 years , with a credit card ON file . X's entire system is too automated ; their bot bans you , the same bot THEN denies your appeal . Elon what in GROKS name is happening with the platform ? You should FIX this situation & reinstate all affected accounts as QUICKLY as possible ! The Radio silence on this situation from X , is a PR nightmare , a HORRIBLE experience for X users & bad vibes for the company . I'm a fan of the platform but this HYPER reliance on llms is not nearly as successfull & reliable as Elon hoped it would be . Let's get ( FIRST PRINCIPLES ) honest , these AI systems & llms can't DISTINGUISH between a real account that's been paying premium for 2 years & has as a credit card on file & is ID verified versus a bot from ( NIGERIA OR SINGAPORE ) . I respectfully request Elon & X ( AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE ) rectify the situation & UNSUSPEND all affected accounts & also make a public statement about the situation ; let X users know you're AWARE of this situation & ACTIVELY trying to rectify it . May I suggest , temporarily hiring , real HUMANS & outsourcing this issue to some firm & have real eyes ears & BRAINS working to resolve this issue . The X army of ai llm bots , is CLEARLY not performing up to par & as expected & at this point NEEDS human intervention . Mr. Musk , this situation is unfortunate , easily solvable & absolutely causing a ( LOSS OF TRUST ) in the platform . Can we fix this problem ASAP ? The problem is ACTUALLY very easy to solve & all X need do is create a WHITELIST database of all premium subscribers & id verified accounts & bot detection would check the whitelist & NOT suspend any whitelisted accounts . If you aren't aware of this situation on X it's because X is radio SILENT on the issue & all you need do is search "inauthentic behavior" or "inauthentic accounts" on X & you'll understand the SEVERITY of the problem !
