Hi, my name is Crystal and I'm 24 years old. I'm physically disabled with a form of Muscular Dystrophy (MD) called Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 2. It causes muscle weakness, wasting and deterioration as well as loss of ability.  On top of that,  I had to battle a form of Leukemia when I was 13-15 years old. As far as we know, I'm the first one in the world with MD and the form of Leukemia. It caused my MD to speed up and I died briefly, I was then trached and ventilated. I was also in an abusive relationship and suffer from post traumatic stress disorder. I have 27 friends that have passend, therefore I have survivors guilt.  It's my dream that I want to accomplish before I die. Sadly, with my disease I will be gone by 35 ish. dream of sharing my story to hopefully help others who have a hard life. The best way I can do this is to be on Ellen and have my own show on tlc.  I'm also wanting to be on Dr Phil because I have severe depression, anxiety, survivors guilt and PTSD. I'm hoping he could help me deal with these issues. It will make a difference because my story is so unique and I can help others like me or even just someone having a bad day.
