The residents spoke and the Elk Grove City Council approved the need for our own animal shelter a year ago. To date, they have done nothing to proceed with this project.  We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to find, build or remodel our own animal shelter. Please! our animals are going to the County everyday that we delay.
