Yes the NS SPCA needs your support through donations, volunteers & adopters BUT they have absolutely NO right to harass and bully the staff!!! How can dedicated and hard working staff be expected to properly care for the animals in need when they're being psychologically abused by management!? 

Seen in the photo (L) are Vet tech, supervisor & BULLY Kristin Schofield of Kings NS SPCA branch in Waterville NS. And photo (R) is HR personnel & BULLY Heather Woodin of Dartmouth branch; who both remain on the payroll under CEO Elizabeth Murphy who knowingly allows the harassment within the society! WHY does this continue???

It's time for some ACCOUNTABILITY! NO more secrets & lies hiding behind furry faces! NO more firing & hiring staff simultaneously! NO more forcing staff to do unsafe work! NO more racism from head animal control officers! NO more rules only apply to some! NO more garbage work contract! NO more hiding behind lack of legislation in NS! NO more excuses! Employees are sick of the NS SPCA excuses!
