Eliminate the Federal Body Art Prohibition Act of 2006

Eliminate the Federal Body Art Prohibition Act of 2006
The Issue
This act has to be unconstitutional! Regardless, is a discriminatory act that needs to be eliminated!
The federal Body Art Prohibition Act of 2006 makes it illegal for the president or vice president to have ANY tattoos. According to the law, the Office of the White House Physician is authorized to inspect the president and vice president periodically for any tattoos, but no less than four times per year.
There is no logical premise this act was afforded and passed. The constitution clearly states what requirements are needed to qualify for Presidency in the United States.
Please sign the petition and empower the Federal Government to be better for ALL of US !
