I’ve officially expanded the petition to eliminate parking fees not only for hospital staff, but also for patients’ families and visitors.

We’re not even three days in and we’re already nearing 100 signatures. That’s not just support that’s a clear message. Our community is paying attention, and people are fed up.

No one should be financially penalized for going to work at a hospital. No one should be forced to pay just to sit beside a sick child, support a parent in surgery, or visit a loved one in crisis. Healthcare is already stressful enough parking fees only add unnecessary pressure during some of life’s most difficult moments.

This is about fairness. This is about compassion. And this is about standing up for our community.
