Eliminate Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Funding from Government Budgets

The Issue

I have personally witnessed the damage I believe that the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (D.E.I.) department has inflicted upon our government, both at the state and local levels. Departments such as F.E.M.A. and the Secret Service, which should prioritize efficiency and effectiveness, are instead hindered by the unnecessary interference of D.E.I. initiatives. This, in my view, has resulted in our valuable assets being deflected from our necessary targets, fostering a system that has bred extortion and exacerbated racial divide within our societal and governmental operations.

Illegal immigration, another complex issue our nation continues to grapple with, has too been negatively affected by the D.E.I.'s influence. Consequently, the ethnic divide has deepened within many sectors of our government, intensifying tensions and slowing progress.

According to a study by the Heritage Foundation, such diversity initiatives often fail to deliver their intended outcomes, while creating an unnecessary burden on taxpayers (2018). Instead of being a department under federal, state or local government, D.E.I. should be a single, non-governmental agency independently funded. By doing this, we can ensure government efficiency, equality, and fairness without the divisive influence of an intrusive and expensive department.

With this in mind, we urge you to eliminate funding for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion from government budgets. Please sign the petition.
