The Egyptian police have added insult to injury but denying the grieving owner of the dog SHALBY who they shot and killed in cold blood to memorialize her dog.  It is absolutely sickening how far and to what extent the Egyptian police will go to be intimidating and harass pet owners as well as hunting down homeless dogs that live on the dangerous streets of Egypt. It is beyond disgusting. It is unbelievable that the police deny this poor woman who loved and was dedicated to the care of her wonderful, sweet Balady dog the dignity and respect to permit her to do a small memorial for him in a local park.
