In this photo is an Egyptian government truck with piles of dying or dead dogs they have killed with strychnine sulfate powder poison. The one dog sitting up is foaming at the mouth from the disgusting vile cruelty of being poisoned. Strychnine is extremely cruel method to kill any animal. Many criminals use arsenic or strychnine to kill people. It is odorless, colorless and tasteless powder but does extremely horrendous things to the body. It forces the body into wildly stiff muscle contractions and paralyzes lung muscles causing very slow suffocation while at the same time causing seizures yet the poor dogs are conscious and awake and imagine how terrifying that is! These poisons being utilized by Egyptian authorities are very dangerous to humans as it can easily be absorbed through the skin. This means anyone who comes in contact with strychnine spread on the ground are at risk of being poisoned. It is unsafe for anyone to walk around barefooted outside Egypt as they could be poisoned! It puts tourists at risk as well! Strychnine can easily be laced into food or water and be consumed by the dogs. Share, share, share this important petition.
