Apparently the novel I wrote as to why this petition was started didn't stick. My fiance inherited his fathers mobile home when his father passed away January 26th 2013. Edwards, Gerke, J.A.E. mobile home parks is refusing to let us live in our mobile home which is owned and paid for. They are refusing us residency because of our "poor criminal history" which on my end is slim to none and also because of poor credit they say. The rent for the lot is $279 a month and can be paid for time and time again by us since his father passed away so there's no reason they should think we can't afford their little "lot". They are holding up probate and in essence trying to steal what is rightfully ours. Please help spread the word. We need this now more than ever considering my mother just passed away and we want to live a comfortable life.
