I have been in contact with the Puyallup school district and had some guidance as to what it might take to get our school district boundary line changed from Franklin Pierce SD to Puyallup SD. We need to petition that families in our neighborhood (to show enough interest) and then present our wishes to the School Board at one of their bi-weekly meetings. This is the first step to get our kiddos in to schools closer to our homes! Puyallup just built the biggest elementary school I’ve ever seen, literally 1 mile and less than a 4 minute drive away from our homes here in Summerwood Park…. They are getting major updates and additions to secondary schools as well throughout the district.  Please join me in signing the petition so that we have a leg to stand on when presenting our “why” for the boundary line change to the district!
