As I'm sure many of you have heard, ECMA has initiated a leadership change. Read more here.
Our petition called for transparency and stability and urged the board and management to be accountable to membership. I think we can safely say that we finally have the board's attention. The next step for them is a well researched and considered strategy in consultation with membership. Will we ALL be happy with the outcome? Of course not. Will it serve our industry well overall? Hopefully. If you are invested in ECMA, then I would urge you to participate in the process.
