As you may know the reason the tree may have to be chopped down is because the wall in front of it needs to be repaired. Greatwell Homes have submitted a planning permission to repair the wall but with no consideration to the tree. Lots of objections have already been submitted and I was told by the planning officer who is managing this case that this petition can be considered as part of the decision making process which is good news!! The ref for this application is NW/22/00128/FUL.  There are only a few days left so please do voice your opinion.
