The Faber Green housing development is part of the Racecourse Estate but it has no paved and lit walkway leading to the estate's local shops or the routes leading to Mandeville Road and Northolt Tube Station. This development of 149 homes was completed a year ago and has a footpath exit to the rest of the estate but the council has not put in any paving or lighting and the pathway has become muddy and dangerous with residents falling into the mud. Some residents have laid down an improvised pathway. Ealing council has been told about this issue but they have done nothing about it.
