Petition updateEagle Dynamics to support RAZBAM modules indefinitelyEagle Dynamics outreach update

Hi there,

I have now contacted Wags from Eagle Dynamics twice about this petition, a week apart, through the DCS World Forum messaging service; he has read both messages and he has chosen not to respond.

Wags indirectly addressed this petition in a recent YouTube interview, but failed to address our core request to continue to support RAZBAM modules indefinitely. The ongoing silence from Eagle Dynamics is troubling. It is apparent that they believe that by ignoring us, we will go away.

I have now sent an email, the text of which I have shared below. I received an undeliverable notification from Wags' old email address on the Eagle Dynamics mail server, but not from Nick Grey's (the CEO), and I am therefore assuming delivery. If this email does not garner a response, I will be back in touch with you, as a joint effort from the signatories will be required.

Thank you again for taking the time to support this very important petition.

All the best,

CW

RAZBAM petition

I hope you are well.

I am getting in touch as the organiser of the petition for Eagle Dynamics to continue to support RAZBAM modules indefinitely.

In spite of repeated outreach attempts, the more than 3,000 signatories of this petition have been met with silence by Eagle Dynamics. Given Wags' recent interview with [YouTuber] and the topics discussed, it is entirely reasonable to infer that you are aware of this petition and choosing to ignore it. At best, this is disrespectful to the thousands of your customers who are expressing their earnest concerns; at worst, it shows contempt.

Having been directly involved with B2B software contracts myself for over a decade, I am aware of the constraints around NDAs. However, NDAs don't prevent you from telling us whether you are making any efforts to support these modules ongoing or whether you have abandoned them to the detriment of thousands of your customers.

At the risk of repeating ourselves, our request is simple: Eagle Dynamics must continue to support the RAZBAM modules, for which we have paid you, in all future releases of DCS World.

The thousands of your customers who have taken the time to share their concerns deserve at the very least to be acknowledged. Please have the decency to respond formally to this petition.

Many thanks,
