All I want to do is play some FIFA with some friends... after installing and playing one game, I went to bed. I turned off my ps5 for the night and next day was trying to play with my friends. well, I started the game and it says "FIFA 23 the ea servers are not available at this time"... so I test my internet and it was good. over 800 download speed, and it's wired to the router. so after testing the internet, it still didn't fix the problem. so I try wireless... still nothing. so I deleted the game and reinstalled it. Guess what.... the same problem. ok, so I download the ps4 version. after waiting a few min, and hoping it would work, but it didn't. it came up with the same problem. at this point, I made a post on ea form and waited... I haven't gotten a reply from ea or anyone. so then I try to get a refund for the game on my PlayStation. Then PlayStation was like sorry you download the game and opened it so we can't refund you. At this point, I know I lost money. I don't care about that. I care about how hard it is for people to get in contact with ea, or the company attached to the game. I'm hoping this post/petition will at least tell ea to look into things and change. I'm not looking for money back or anything. just want ea to fix their server and if anything talks with the community that helps pay for their jobs!
