Pétition pour une Révision Constitutionnelle Immédiate : La Diaspora Haïtienne Réclame sa Place dans la Gouvernance du Pays !

À l’attention du peuple haïtien, des institutions de la République, de la communauté internationale et des garants de la démocratie :

Nous, filles et fils d’Haïti vivant en diaspora et comme sur le territoire national, élevons notre voix avec gravité, détermination et colère.
Car nous n’en pouvons plus.

Nous assistons, impuissants mais lucides, à l’effondrement continu de notre patrie.
Haïti vit l’une des crises les plus profondes de son histoire contemporaine :
 • Des institutions gangrenées par la corruption et l’impunité, et soutenues par les grandes puissances
 • Un peuple livré à lui-même, sans protection, sans justice, sans perspective,
 • Un État démissionnaire, incapable d’assurer l’ordre, la dignité et la souveraineté de la nation.

Notre colère est légitime. Notre exigence est claire.

Nous affirmons solennellement que le peuple haïtien, laissé seul face au chaos, ne peut plus s’autogouverner dans ce contexte de faillite systémique.
Les élites politiques ont trahi leur serment.
Les institutions, devenues coquilles vides, ne représentent plus la volonté du peuple.

Il est temps que les Haïtiens de la diaspora, forts de leur engagement, de leur savoir, de leur loyauté et de leur amour inconditionnel pour le pays, reprennent leur juste place dans les affaires de la nation.

Nous exigeons une révision immédiate de la Constitution haïtienne, afin de permettre :

 1. La reconnaissance pleine et entière de la double nationalité, sans restriction politique ni administrative,
 2. Le droit de vote et d’éligibilité pour tous les Haïtiens vivant à l’étranger,
 3. La création d’un Parlement de la diaspora, doté de prérogatives claires, législatives et consultatives,
 4. L’attribution de sièges officiels dans les institutions de la République aux représentants de la diaspora,
 5. L’établissement d’un nouveau pacte national, fondé sur une gouvernance partagée entre les Haïtiens de l’intérieur et ceux de l’extérieur.

Nous ne demandons pas une faveur. Nous revendiquons un droit.

Nous n’acceptons plus d’être relégués au rôle de spectateurs ou de pourvoyeurs économiques.
Nous voulons gouverner avec vous, pour vous, pour nous.

Nous, diaspora haïtienne, ne resterons pas indifférents pendant que notre peuple s’enfonce dans le désespoir.
Nous portons en nous les ressources, la vision et le devoir d’agir.

Et nous le ferons !

Signer cette pétition, c’est dire “ASSEZ”. C’est refuser la résignation.

C’est réclamer la refondation d’Haïti, portée par tous ses enfants, où qu’ils vivent.

Petition for Immediate Constitutional Revision: The Haitian Diaspora Demands Its Place in the Governance of the Country!

To the People of Haiti, the Institutions of the Republic, the International Community, and the Guardians of Democracy:

We, sons and daughters of Haiti, living both abroad and within the national territory, raise our voices with gravity, determination, and righteous anger.

For we can bear it no longer.

We stand, powerless yet clear-eyed, as we witness the continuous collapse of our homeland.

Haiti is enduring one of the deepest crises of its contemporary history:

• Institutions corrupted by impunity and supported by major world powers,

• A people abandoned, unprotected, without justice, and without prospects,

• A failing state, incapable of ensuring order, dignity, and national sovereignty.

Our anger is legitimate. Our demand is clear.

We solemnly declare that the Haitian people, left alone amidst chaos, can no longer self-govern under this context of systemic failure.

The political elites have betrayed their oath.

The institutions, now hollow shells, no longer represent the will of the people.

It is time for the Haitians of the diaspora—strong in their commitment, knowledge, loyalty, and unconditional love for their country—to reclaim their rightful place in the nation’s affairs.

We demand an immediate revision of the Haitian Constitution to allow for:

Full and unconditional recognition of dual nationality, without political or administrative restriction,
The right to vote and to stand for election for all Haitians living abroad,
The creation of a Diaspora Parliament, endowed with clear legislative and consultative prerogatives,
The allocation of official seats within the institutions of the Republic to representatives of the diaspora,
The establishment of a new national pact, founded on shared governance between Haitians at home and abroad.

We are not asking for a favor. We are claiming a right.

We will no longer accept being relegated to the role of mere spectators or economic providers.

We seek to govern with you, for you, and for ourselves.

We, the Haitian diaspora, will not remain indifferent while our people sink deeper into despair.

We carry within us the resources, the vision, and the duty to act.And we will act!

Signing this petition is to say “ENOUGH.” It is to reject resignation.

It is to demand the rebuilding of Haiti, carried by all its children, wherever they may live.
