The fight for my son continues as this duty of care law is not yet in place! 
If this was a law already then I would not have to be going to these extremes to get justice for my son. 
I can not stress enough how important this law is! As a grieving mother I should not have to be fighting I should be grieving! 
The only chance I have of getting any justice for Matthew is to continue this fight with the police to search through case files that have similar circumstances to try and get the CPS to see if I have a case. 
To this day, no one has been questioned that were inside the property while my son was laying there unconscious soiling himself and suffering! 
No one should be left to suffer if someone is aware of them needing medical assistance! It’s morally wrong and it should be lawfully wrong so lives can be saved!
